"Fanfare for the Common Man" by Copland. It is a classical-style piece and was used as a Bravo Channel intro a few years back. If you don't mind cheese, there is also "We are the Champions" by Queen or the "Rocky" theme. Y'know, the one that plays while Rocky is running through the city.
