Wow. That is sad but completely believable. If you think about it the Internet makes cheating on your spouse 110% easier. I know that I don't question what my guy is doing on line, he's a student...he's going to spend a lot of time on line (right?). I'm on line quite a bit being a student myself. I can see how it would be easy to peruse the Internet, in the same room as my spouse even, to find a "date" for the Friday night that my spouse is going to be out of town.

Perusing the Internet for love is very much a bittersweet. The Internet offers connections that can be made so far from your social circle, giving a person more choices, but making it easier for no one within your social circle to know if you were "skirting around."

This is fascinating, I think I just found a topic for my women's studies paper. Thank you for sharing.

I think I was very lucky. I met and dated some really good guys off fo Y!personals and the last guy I metjust so happened to be my soulmate and definitely not married.
If you are smart and use your common sense about things, you can learn how to tell the married ones and the players from the rest and leave them alone, as you pick out the good ones to date.

How much people were interviewed? Percentages say nothing if the person's that have been asked to answer the questions aren't diverse, when there aren't enough of them involved in the entire project, how the questions were made up and when you don't know how much people effectively answered the questions correctly.

Likely and very possible! But you need to define your source.

Cheaters abound in the US, though I fail to understand why!

that's why personal ads aren't the best way to go. I prefer meeting someone by fate. ...and I completly believe that fact.

How do you know it's a fact. To find it out would be an invasion of privacy, so I think you are talking rubbish.
