The Wings will always be my favorite. They have been around since 1926, and have a winning tradition. They have also produced some of the best players in history. (Yzerman, Howe, Sawchuk, Lindsay etc.)
To use a baseball comparison, the Wings are the New York Yankees of hockey.........

Anaheim Ducks
1) they broke a new record this year
2) they have superstars like Teammu Selanne, Ilya Bryzgalov, Jean-Sebastine giguere, and Chris Pronger
3) The mighty ducks movie introduced me to hockey
4) 2003-04 playoffs ducks swept #1 Detroit and #2 Dallas
5) Giguere got the conn smythe for the losing team, one of only 4/5 goaltenders in NHL history to do so.

The Red Wings are my favorite team. I live near Hockeytown, and they are the only hockey team I have ever cared about.

My favorite team has always been and always will be the Sabres because I'm a Western new York girl born and bred, Rick Jeanneret and Jim Lorentz are the best broadcast team in the business, and being a Sabres fan means being part of the most loyal fanbase in the league.

Toronto Maple Leafs .
And not because I live in Toronto but because they are an excellent hockey club.You never know what will happen next with these guys lol .They may not be competitors for the cup this year but these boys have heart and can play one hell of a game of hockey when they're pumped ! :)

Pittsburgh Penguins - my hometown team
Been a fan since the Lemieux, Jagr, Coffey, Trottier, Mullen, Bourque, Stevens, Barrasso days...
And they're pretty fun to watch now with Crosby, Malkin, Staal, Fleury, Recchi, Talbot, Armstrong...

The Kings. LA has one the best fan bases in the nhl and they are a fun team to watch even if they lose all the time. They are going to be awsome real soon.

I have 3 fav teams one in each division. They r the New York Rangers, San Jose Sharks, and Colorado Avalanche. Rangers cuz of my dad, Sharks cuz i used to live an hour away from them, and Avs cuz i grew up during the Foresburg, Roy, and Sakic era

I enjoy watching them play. They have the best defenceman in the league--Lidstrom.
