I knocked on my neighbour's door and asked if I could help him out by playing football with his hyperactive kid.

My neighbour gave his consent for me to do this, so I spent an enjoyable 90mins kick the lad round the floor and practicing my headers on him.

My neighbour did not look best pleased when I gave him his kid back - but he had given full consent for me to play football with his son.

I am in trouble, aren't I?

well if it calmed the kid down then nah just be careful neighbour doesn't keep taking advantage of your good nature and asks you to play football with his son again.

I think it would all hinge on two factors.
How much time, if any, they spent in A & E.
What sort of a night's sleep followed this day's activity.
