Sorry about your baby.. Suggestion:

Breastmilk
If you can't do that just cool water and run it over the sunburn! That will help.

Treating sunburn
If your baby does have sunburn, you may want to call your doctor just in case. A cool (not cold) bath or a cool cloth placed on the skin may help. Make sure the baby drinks lots of fluids. If you see blisters or your infant appears listless, the condition may be more serious and require immediate medical attention.

A sunburn at that age is very dangerous. You should call the Pediatrician. If it is really minor, cooled tea bags can be soothing.

How bad is the burn? If the baby is abnormally fussy or seems to have discomfort, take him/her to the emergency room. Their skin is so frail and sensitive!

Good luck!

keeping the skin moist is most important. lotion w/ vitamin E, or any lotion you use for yourself will work as well. allow air to get to the burn. maybe just a t-shirt and diaper. This always worked for my 2 boys.
