If you are living together, take a romantic bath together a couple of times and bathe each other. Start with her back, legs, knees, calves, feet and make a cute game with washing her toes while doing the "little piggie" children's song. I did this with a boyfriend once and he told me (after we broke up) that that was the most romantic thing any girlfriend did to him. But after you do this, say you can't forget to get between the piggies and wash between her toes with the washcloth.

Well the toes should be clean but I would worry more about the booger getting washed regular. Nothing worse under the covers that toe jamb and tuna.

By telling her to do so and explaining why to her. Do it quietly without fanfare and make sure no one hears you tell her because she might feel embarassed.
Note: communication is what makes for a good relationship and marriage eventually. If you can't tell her now about her toes then later when something more serious crops up you might do worse and eventually hurt you relationship.

You could turn this into some massive sex play with her. Start by taking a hot bath or shower with her and then when you two get out and her feet are clean you could give her a foot massage and pedicure with lotions and such and have her dip her feet into some whip cream and ......

if you havent already, make a comment about how her feet smell.. women are pretty self-conscious, as im sure you know, so any comment like that will probably be followed by her traveling to walgreens to buy foot powder and one of those foot spas, as well as a new foot-cleaning ritual in your house on a daily basis
but if you do this, dont expect any foot-jobs in the future.. and probably sex for awhile

Get her a gift certificate for a pedicure. Surely they will tell her in a kind way if she needs to pay a little more attention there.

you can start by having a spy day and you and your hubby clean each others feet and after doing that for a while then he will get the point that his feet need to be clean.

Scrub her urself. I get in the shower and wash my husband sometimes. Its fun and kinda sexy and he really enjoys it says its relaxing.
