How do they get away with saying they are a healthier choice when you compare the most popular sandwich from Subway, to the most popular burger from McDonalds.
A Big Mac has, 540 calories, 29 g fat, 45 carbs, 1040 sodium.
Even adding a medium fry to the big mac is healthier than 1 - 12'' Meatball Marinara Sub.

Wow!!!!!! That is very interesting!!!!!!!
My favorite sandwich has always been the Meatball Marinara, even way back before they started toasting their sandwiches...I can't believe now that I was better off, health wise, eating a Big Mac with Fries

I suppose it depends on volume. Try figuring out the nutritional value per ounce. Does the sandwich come out better then? A lot of advertising is tricky word play and finding crafty ways to deceive clients into thinking something. What is the serving size on the sandwich? Is it supposed to be four meals?

ok..but the meatball isn't listed on the healthier subs..duh.

maybe that's their favorite cause all they have to do is plop some meatballs on the bread they cut open. I never see people get them with all the veggies.

Lots of stuff like that is decieving like Salads at McDonalds they are almost if not more calories than Burgers. I think A good place to check calories for places like that is Dotties weightloss zone as it has calories for everything off the menu for lots of places. http://www.dwlz.com/restaurants.html

It does it in a point version with roughly one point being 50 calories.
