everyone thinks that having glasses makes u a geek in my school! even if the person is totally gorgeous except da glasses! even my sister thinks like that! why?

Believe it or not, high school students DON'T KNOW IT ALL! In the real adult world, glasses are completely in style. Especially the thick black rimmed glasses.
So actually glasses are in fashion!
PS There is nothing wrong with being a geek! Geeks are the ones that gave you iPods, and computers. Geeks are the reason you are able to ask this question online right now. There is nothing wrong with being a geek. If you are a geek, wear your geek badge proud!

I wear glasses, I am not a geek, and I am complimented daily on how I look in glasses.....
You will see, when you are older, even the most popular in High School, really did not know much, in fact, you would be better off thinking for yourself and not giving a crap about what people think!

I guess you are still young. Give it time, after a certain age most people wear glasses and it's just a part of life.
You aren't a geek if you wear glasses, you just need to see.

there is nothing wrong with glasses my son he is 11 and he don't like to wear his but i make him wear them his eyes are real bad but i keep pushing him and telling him how good he looks with them on and also not to pay atttention to those that do pick on him that they are just jealous so he keeps them on

idk..but i have glasses & im NOT ugly (im not trying to be stuck up or anything either) these people must just have issues with glasses
maybe they cant see under them
