She should eat a healthy diet (though not to lose weight!), exercise by walking, swimming, or aerobics designed for preggo women, saving money for when baby arrives, looking for names, taking prenatal vitamins, not drinking or smoking, and planning for fitting baby and baby's things into your life! Other than that, she can go about her daily activities, such as haning out with friends, going on vacation, working, etc.

She can do just about everything she's always done, as long as it's comfortable. We have really steep stairs, so I don't carry things up and down the stairs when I'm pregnant, because I don't want to risk a fall, but otherwise, life is pretty normal.

Of course, you have a lot of things to do to prepare for the baby - get the nursery ready, buy some clothes, register for gifts, etc.

You might consider getting married, as long as you're making a "to-do" list...

Anything she can reasonably tolerate. However, high risk activities like bungee Jumping, motorcross, skydiving are activities to avoid.
Bowling, hiking, jogging, bike riding, swimming, until she is too heavy to enjoy them or they strain her back. She is not an egg. Unless the activity is risky or dangerous, she should continue to do it as tolerated.

Do everything that makes her comfortable. (You don't want her uncomfortable). Not really stepping on stairs alot when she is about 4 months, she can slip. Yoga, baby classes, anything that you usually do. She can also eat like crazy! You can get baby stuff, like shop for the baby's room. You can watch T.V, you can play the computer and talk to other women that are in her situation, she can talk to her friends, actually you can do about anything you usually do, but mostly activities like shopping for baby clothes, going to the park ( outside stuff), (inside stuff) watching T.V, resting (this is a big YES), or anything you would usually do at home.

Anything. The more active she is before getting pregnant the easier it will be when she is pregnant.
