Did Andrew Jackson freely seize their land without permission when the Supreme court made there ruling and said they don't have to move it's unconstitutional

Native Americans until now are fighting for their ancestral lands. They were forced to leave their lands to accommodate the immigrants. Traditions and culture of the Native Americans must be respected because it is their right which is supposed to be enshrined in the Constitution.

No. The Supreme Court actually never ruled on this precisely. I think you are confusing later judgments proclaimed after the lands were seized...
