sm department store has a line called, tall and large if im not mistaken.. you can also try shopping in greenhills, they have stalls which sell men's clothing in big sizes.. there's also a boutique called big men which is the counterpart of tubby which caters to large-sized women.. they have a branch at sm north edsa..

I don't think that size is available in the Philippines. No offense, but Filipinos are generally small, the obese ones are like size Large or XL western size already, no 4x and above are available here. And believe it or not, big people here ask their relatives in the USA to buy clothes for them if they can't find a size here. So my advise would be... shop in your country first before coming here, just bring whatever you have.

To answer your Question, If go to an area like makati city or any area where foreigners shop, you should find what your looking for.

There shop "BIG MEN" I think what its called...its like the counter part of "TUBBYS" which is a shop for plus size women. The only place I know where they have it is in Robinson's Place Ermita. Its in the Padre Faura Wing...you can't miss it.

Custom made is cheap in the Philippines. Bring pictures which you'd like to be copied. They can do it. Tailors in the commercial district can be more expensive though than those you find in non-commercial areas.
