I've checked compression its good changed the idle air control valve no luck. The car runs good no misses on any cylinder spark pugs look good oil stays full. Some help me figure this one out

Worn valve guides maybe? Oil is getting into the combustion chamber from some where and I'd bet it's coming from the cylinder head.

On acuras, and hondas if the coolant is low it can make the idle surge. Some times the t-belt being loose can cause it to surge and smoke.
