i have a thesis paper comming up and i cant decide what to do it on. I dont want to do it on anything boring like stuff on Bush and it cant be too broad. Im looking for something interesting that has to do with anything in american government/politics whatever you want to call it. got any suggestions?

How about Lincoln running, and gaining presidency and then the Union split (Cuvil War)? Or you could try the Revolutionary War with all the stuff there.

You can write about the sexual revolution. It is an important part of American history, and it's an interesting topic to reasearch.

Do your paper on the Supreme court, specifically the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. (If you don't know who they are with regard to the Supreme Court, you'll find out)
