The Will is positive, the Judgment is negative. Our sense for hatred is of the Judgment. Only of strict identification with your Will as your Will, not misidentifying your Judgment for your Will, shall that consciousness retain positive sanity.

Trying to vanquish hatred can only attract more of it, so your question is not well thought out to say the least.
I focus only on what I want to attract into my life and it is given.

i just let God take care of it!

everyone, and i mean everyone, who has really pissed me off has met some incredible horrid fate much more than i could have ever done to them.

examples?

- one bragging mofo got into a car accident...losing an arm and half his face!
- another annoying s0b decided to dive into the shallow end of a pool which made him a quad
- boasting and self proclaiming deity facing financial ruin (rather than prison at least where he would have been raped on an hourly basis).

those are the most fun ones. the rest have languished in a horrid putrid stagnant life where their mediocrity slowly suffocates them.

With a broadsword. If you're gonna "vanquish," ya gotta do it right. But maybe you are really just talking about how to deal with it???
