I know! I was gone for a few days and when I got back Uncle Billy asked three questions and everyone but me was a top contributer.
Something's not right here. I'm still trying to get to the bottom of this.

Ok, I'll bite. WHO IS UNCLE BILLY? How do people always see these characters and I miss them? First there was Edna, then there was The Rice Whore and I missed them both. Unfortunately I did see a number of posts from the What Do I Do Retard *and PLEASE, DON'T WAKE HIM* but Uncle Billy I've totally missed. Am I glad?
Edit: I found him. I looked at the profile of one of his "fans," and then traced their answer to one of his questions and found his profile. All that detective work and I don't see much there to be so enthusiastic about. What is the hype?

It's scary how fast things can change. Uncle Billy is coming out of his shell, but apparently it's because of a girl and it's not me! This just goes to prove that you should not leave again. Next time you do , you will return and this place will be run by monkeys...........

No ones quite useful with regard to the acceptable contributer on the 2nd. however the followers and contacts ingredient is merely having a catalogue of acquaintances on Y!A. so a procedures i've got been including people who's questions or solutions i like or people who upload me.
