It totally and completely depends on the people. A 16 year old can go through a whole lot more than an average 23 year old depending on their family background. Too many kids are forced to grow up too fast now.
I think in general, the older you are, the more life experience you have, and the more mature you get. But, a 25 year old who has always lived at home with mommy who gets everything paid for and doesn't have to work is very immature, despite his/her age. You know?
