There once a time when my mind was just full of emotional stress, my health went down and scarred my face for lifetime. I felt really defeated, but it is strange because i don't feel any hatred to those people who caused that mental energy. To me it is my responsibility that i have fallen into that state of mind, no one else's. I feel nothing, no love and no hatred. I am scared that I don't have emotions left, I want to love and be into relationship again but I just don't feel anything after that situation, has my heart turned cold?

I once had emotional stress and I felt hate. This was hard to get out of it. I realised after a while that I am responsible for what I allow or allow not around and in me. Disappointment can stress you out, I know. If I think back to this times, I do not ever wish to experience this hate ever.

I break down when i have too much emotional stress going on in my life.
I get really exhausted and go to sleep. I've been through trouble with my family and a new partner. They dont agree, there is more to the story but i wont get into it. I was getting grief from them so much that i nearly gave in and told him i couldn't see him anymore.
I stayed strong, and am still with him. I'm glad i did not give in and give up.

Giving in to all the hate around you can also lead to insanity....
