in the book, all quiet on the western fornt, what was ur favorite part? include chapter if u can remember. thanks. :D

None. I hated that book. lol. Being forced to read it doesn't help it though/ Have you ever read "The Ark" ?

What I remember most and remember as the most poignant is when Paul was home on leave and looked at his butterfly collection which had been so important to him just months earlier.
Now, they meant nothing because after the horrors of war, he could never be a carefree boy again.

forget the main character(John??)most poignant scene, when if i did not have anything else to do ...not here. The pivotal chapter is when John?? is looking at a dove out of his fox hole and is shot by a sniper. This site changes arbitrarily. perhaps not the most favorite part but the definitive statement.

I haven't read that book in +20 yrs. Great book though.
