i dont think that UFOs are alien space craft. if aliens live on another planet, then that planet must be orbiting another star other than our sun, right? if the closest star is 4.5 light years away, then the aleins would have to travel at the speed of light just to get here in 4.5 years. we know its impossible to travel at the speed of light and we also know that none of the really "close" stars have planets around them. furthermore, lets just say that the aleins are smart enough to figure out a way to travel really fast and get here in a resonable time. if they are that smart why dont they just watch us from their home planet, im sure if they can figure out a way to travel interstellar distances they surely must know how to build telescopes that could peek in on us, considering with our meager telescopes we can see billions of light years across the universe. and lets just say they wanted to visit us. if they wanted to keep themselves secret, then i dont think we would ever see them. and if they dont want to keep themselves secret well why the hell dont they just land and say hello? it just seems unreasonable that an advanced civillization that could overcome interstellar distances would waste their time cutting up cows, flying through the sky saying look at me, and anal probing people, all in the name of fun!

No, I do not believe that UFOs are alien spacecraft.
So far we've seen no verifiable evidence of other sentient species. That said, I believe with some certainty that somewhere in our galaxy at some past, present, or future time, a sentient species did/does/will exist.
Why haven't we heard from them?
Perhaps they are not technologically advanced enough to be heard. They may be mastering stone knives right now, or experiencing their own Rennaisance.
Perhaps they are here right now. Any species sufficiently advanced to travel interstellar distances would be able to hide or masquerade with ease. That Boeing 737 that just flew by may be a surveillance craft.
Perhaps they are so far away they will never notice us and vice versa.
Perhaps they existed a million years ago and died out.
Perhaps they will exist a million years from now.
It is really impossible to know for sure.
The Drake Equation suggests that there is sentient life out there. The Fermi Paradox casts doubt. Play around with the calculation form at the second link and see what you think.

No, because:
1) No planet with the same conditions for life as Earth has been discovered anywhere near us.
2) If aliens were some form other than carbon-based, thus having different conditions for life, would have absolutely no interest in Earth. (Think of it as Humans trying to colonize Venus or Mercury, impossible).
3) Aliens would live millions of light-years away from us, since again we have not discovered any other signs of intelligent life close to us, and since the laws of Special Relativity prevent anyone from accelerating to the speed of light and surpassing it, I doubt any alien has ever been here. Even if you take time dilation into account and assume they travel at about 0.95c, time will only slow down for them by about a factor of 10 and they still wouldn't survive the trip.
4) What the hell makes you think aliens would even be smarter than us? People need to stop believing every sci-fi movie that shows aliens as superior to Humans.

? serious scientists (like physicists, astronomers or anthropologists) do no longer have faith that UFOs are somewhat alien spaceships. ? No "genuine" scientist ever printed a serious paper in a technology magazine helping the perception that UFOs are alien spacecraft. Nor even given a speech in help of the belief. ? regardless of the undeniable fact that !!! human beings are human beings. ? there are some celebrities – human beings of arts, philosophers, and another humanitarians, who have faith in UFOs and extraterrestrial beings, being a techniques from organic sciences themselves. ? besides i understand a brilliant mathematician who states that all and sundry historic previous of mankind is faked, and after his very own ‘investigations’ on the venture he wrote a number of books of “genuine” historic previous. ? genuine confusion comes while a good baker thinks he’s a good tailor, too; and a good tailor thinks he’s a good baker, too. --as for /mriches2/ above – he’s purely joking to scare you; --as for /brittons/ he’s purely scattering a “medical” BS; ? specific, knowledgeable human beings have given lots serious concept to the subject and Proved there’s nevertheless no any slightest evidence of extraterrestrial beings in any respect! --Sagan is a charlatan making a residing.

No. Although the Bible doesn't directly deny the existence of aliens, I would say the evidence against them is very strong.
However, this does not mean I believe all the sightings and experiences are fictional or delusional.
I believe "aliens" are actually demons, fallen angels. The book "Alien Intrusion" by Gary Bates makes a good, strong case for this. Please look up the website for more info.
Just one piece of evidence: When a would-be abductee calls on Jesus, the abduction is immediately terminated. If they were true aliens, what would they care about Jesus? But demons flee Him!

UFO stands for "Unidentified Flying Object," meaning that the abbreviation UFO is used to describe any object flying through our atmosphere which we cannot identify.
Real or unreal, society usually associates this abbreviation with a spacecraft that is driven by green extraterrestrials.

Well, there's a lot of universe out there and despite the odds of life forming on earth, there is a chance that other life exists. I think the reason they don't stick around and be identified is because we're all idiots. . .

I believe they are just what the acronym stands for: Unidentified Flying Objects.
OTOH, I *do* believe that there is other sentient life in the Universe besides what exists on planet Earth.

No, I don't think that any alien species could possibly have visited the Earth. I don't think that any species from this planet will ever visit another planet either.
