I live on the East Coast of Canada and was wondering what Christian Music Festivals (like Alive, Unity, etc) there aregoing on east of New York. Also are there any in Canada?

And search on states in your area and you'll find the christian concerts in your area. Looks like Kingdom Bound 2007 and Women of Faith are both going to be in New York. Plus a bunch of individual concerts.
Looks like in Ontario there is The Gaither Homecoming, Some individual one like the Good Monster Spring Tour(Jars of Clay)
Also New Hampshire has Soul Fest 2007 (This one has pages of artist so it seems pretty big.)

Kingdom Bound, Creation Fest, Fall/Firefest, Big Splash, Great Adventures has events with artists too. Check their website.

Gee this is that this form of inauspicious question to respond to..... do you think of it would be something to do with the reality that 89% of the country is Christian and under a million% pagan? Nah.... no longer likely. you ought to be spectacular.... it s a Christian conspiracy.
