Those that saw 300, well you know the parts where those monster guys appear and stuff, like all those scenes and stuff. Where those things actually real?

I think you are talking about the immortals. The immortals were real. If you are talking about the 7ft tall guy who got stabbed in the eye and the fat guy with claws for hands, then no they weren't real.

I think you're talking about the Persian (division?) known as the immortals. I haven't seen the movie but in real history they were thought to be invincible, until they met the Greeks that is.
