There is a big difference between a leader and a boss.

A leader inspires. People follow a leader because they want to.

A boss lays down rules. Anyone who violates the rules is punished and rejected.

Leaders are interested in developing the leadership of those under them. Bosses are interested in staying in control.

There are way too many bosses, and way too few leaders in all forms of leadership.

While many are blind to it now, and the thumbs down button will be hit many times, George Bush has the traits of a great leader. You may not agree with him but he is a man that stands by his convictions and stands up for what he believes to be right. He has also protected us from any more attacks since 911. He is sacrificing his reputation to keep us safe.
