If you're underage for a job, try the stupid dog walking/lawn mowing/babysitting thing.
But your best bet is a drink stand. Or dacing on a corner for money. You'll at least get nickels from your siblings...

Get a job. Shovel snow. Mow lawns. Sell plasma. There are plenty of ways to make money.
