Who we gonna call? GHOST BUSTERS! He he, sorry. I believe in spooks, ghosts, alien life etc. But I have yet to see/learn a way to materialize them! Sorry.

I wouldn't do it... if you mean literally make one materialize- I think you just ASK to summon it, there are no magic words or anything - you just ask in a clear, confident voice.
Some people make one Materialize accidentally, if you look into the case of Poltergiests (and children), this is what happens.
THough, most cases of ghosts involve as accidental discovery, rather than a summon. People use special ways to communicate with the dead, but I don't think any of them are REAL. I don't know - its just an opinion based on watching these 'techniques' on TV/Youtube. If you were successful this way, it'd probably be because you were successful with the method(s) required.
Personally, I wouldn't recommend trying to summon a ghost. It's not a good idea, and is very dangerous.

Ghosts tend to materialize in cool dry conditions. There is also a way to generate static electricity in the room with an ionizer which would improve the conditions. This information comes from an expert by the name of Joshua P. Warren who has an excellent book on this subject called How To Hunt Ghosts. Hi, When I know a ghost is in the house,it's hopefully Mom or Dad.They haven't materialized for me to see them yet, But I did ask Dad,not to because it scared me to much. Our Sister though had something to say,and was very ad emit about showing herself.Matter of fact, she showed herself to everyone that lived here.(different times of course)She kept showing up until she knew her son was going to be all right. Now there's someone else here, and it's not a very nice one. I think it's that scary big dark shadowy form that all ways followed Mom,until she died.Or it could be the dark, strange ,man shaped one in the black coat,that followed Dad everywhere. I don't know , but I know their evil. Bye.

You cannot force a ghost to appear against their will. Ghost are just people without bodies.

Give the ghost a name and ask the ghost to describe itself, and then you can begin to visualized the ghost, and it becomes reality...
