I want to go to Japan for a couple weeks or so over the summer. Is it possible to go to classes and get and transfer credits to my highschool?

Also, please tell me if you have any links to programs that arent very expensive (<$4000)

thanks!

A couple of weeks is not enough to get college credit. The least amount of time I have seen is 8 weeks. Look for college summer abroad programs (Temple is one) that each college classes in English in Japan. Those will have college credit, but you will probably have to pay to get them transferred. I studied through AFS which is a 14 week program. I paid exactly $4000 after scholarships which is a steal for Japan. One note though, it is too late this year to go this summer. For next summer, look around about October. Good luck.

Not unless you are superiorly die hard at filling out massive amounts of forms and talking to a plethora of people. That sort of stuff requires at least a full year to prepare for. But if you can figure out a way please post for all us others who want to too. But give it a little time man think of what you are asking, its near impossible. But with God you know nothing is impossible, but Im not preaching here I am just saying the truth.
