because a) I didn't have the balls to jump (after sitting on the very edge for over an hour) and b) The 1/2 a bottle of rum and handful of sleeping pills did nothing for me...I mean I was wide awake all night long..drunk as could be, but otherwise fine.
this was last year at almost exactly this date. I took it as a sign that no matter how miserable things may be, I'm still supposed to be here.

Um, because I'm still breathing, and my fingers are typing this out right now. That would be my best guess. Are you actually asking, "why do you exist when others do not?"

These are all some pretty weak answers.. However the person who brought up "I think therefore i am"-Rene Descartes is on the rite track. But really can we say " i think therefore i am" or sould we rather say "i am therefore i think". It's an interesting argument that really has no conclusion. Because we think we can use logic and reasoning to conclude that we are something. But if we weren't something how could we think? It's something u mite want to think about. But what happens when we die? Will we still be thinking? Will we still be something?

firstly, i decided not to end my life when i had the chance.
and secondly, i havent figured out the meaning of life yet (i have this fear, that if i figure out the meaning of life, its like finishing all the levels in a games, and it over, and there's nothing after that)
