America put pressure on the russians stationed in cuba. Kennedy sent a naval blockade and forced the russians to withdraw. Also he agreed to remove missles from turkey but in six months so it would look unrelated.

I don't really understand the question but if you mean how was it resolved the United States and the Soviet Union went into state of alert regarding the possibility of Nuclear Holocaust and after a lot of political pressure the Soviets withdrew the missiles from Cuba. If you mean when was it resolved it ended October 28th 1962, 12 days after it started.

I am sure what you mean is how NO ?
The Russ ions realized that the problem is too big to handle so they made agreement
with the U.S.not to attack Cuba and allow the U.S. to keep their nukes in Turkey and in return the Soviet Union will remove all
the missiles from the Cuban soil.
