The best Private Server site is Moparscape.org. This site will hook you up with a simple download, and a client to get you servers. There are a few people who are present at times, but not many.

I wouldnt do dat if i were u cuz den they will ask u 4 U.S. money or rs money and den dey wouldnt give u anytin in return or day sumtin ask 4 ur password and scam u
and sumtimes they report u n u'lll be band

Don't go to private servers. They are against the rules and will get you banned. Besides, many of them just steal your password.
