I read that WWE is trying to get William Shatner to induct Lawler into the WWE Hall of Fame, what would be the reasoning behind this? Does Shatner have history with Lawler?

If Andy was still alive, he should be the one to do it.
Actually, I think Brian Christopher Lawler, Jerry's son, should do it. Why not. Both of Dusty's sons are inducting him, why not Lawler's son.
As for Shatner? He was involved in a short lived angle with Lawler once. Thats all I know.

No idea. It's cool that Lawler is getting inducted. But I would of thought someone like JR would do it.

i was wondering the same thing. I really hope JR would induct him. They have known each other for a while now.
