I know they are livebearers, so I got 1 male and 3 females... the male wasn't attacking it or anything.... I didn't see any signs; white spots, cuts etc. I do a water change once a week... and junk... I keep the temperature at 78-79. I don't ( obviously ) use soap to clean the tank. her skin did look a tiny bit cracked on her face, but not the other fish. just in case how o I preven amonia poisoning, and other deaths? thanks peeps

Mollies need salt in the water. My guess is the tank had not cycled yet. You don't give enough information.
Believe it or not, sometimes they just die under ideal circumstances without any sign of illness.

3 things, either the nitrates are to high (do a water change only maybe 30%), the fish are nipping at her, or shes sick with ich, or parasites.

Quite honestly, sometimes they just die for no reason you can ever figure out. No way to know what killed her, but as long as you maintain the tank properly it should be rare.

To prevent ammonia poisioning you need to do a 25% water change every other day!
