How could I be able to ignore my feeling to a guy who seems only look at me as a friend?

I have a crush on a guy and we are close. we text each other during our vacant times but rarely talk personally in class for I can't control my heart beats whenever he's around

I hear you, hon. I have the same kind of "guy." I've loved this guy for almost two years, but he is not comfortable with relationships and would never dream of seeing me as a "girlfriend." We kind of do the opposite as you do. We only occasionally talk online, but chatter in class (and band rehearsal). I get the icky sicky feeling in my tummy and when he gives me that "look" I just don't know what to do.

This is a stretch, but I fulfilled part of my little desires by kissing my guy- just on the cheek. We hug a lot too, so it makes me feel better and I always wonder if maybe someday he'll realize how much he likes it when I do that. I don't know if that's possible for you, but it was a way for us to get a bit closer. I can't force him into "loving" me like "that" of course, but it calms me down to just grab his hand once in a while and it makes him realize that he CAN be comfortable around me as maybe more than a friend? Or maybe just that being more than friends won't be as hard as he thought.
