I seem to forget things that people said and i ask them again, then they say u just said that, or i will know what i want to say but it comes out so cluttered and confusing so its like i cant speak what is on my mind clearly, i have had some concussions in the past idk if this would be linked. what are some other reasons im like this.

You might have too much on your mind at once, you should try relaxing more, if your job or school is making you feel stressed you should take a vacation. If that isn't the case you might be developing early signs of alsheimers but that seems a little extreme and rash. It could be amnesia from your concussion.

head trauma can cause scaring in the tissue of the brain, if you are having this problem a lot you should go to your Dr. and explain to him the things that are happening. the brain is a very intricate organ and if injury is not the problem then it may be that you are not retaining the information that your brain does not find important. short term memory loss though is usually a sign of head trauma. the frontal lobe, is very often involved. hope you seek medical advice, it may be something like a tumor. good luck!

Selective hearing? Some people get burn-out especially with boring mundane jobs and other people. It could be adult attention deficit disorder too. See a doctor anyway, especially if you have headaches.Other parts of the brain can be trained many times to take over damaged areas too.
