That's probably the best idea I've heard in a long time. The guy's a certified genius, he's funny and he knows how to deal with people.

No he's too bloody keen on drinking tea, so he'd never get anything done. Much prefer Alan Bastard (rick Mayal) he's got his head screwed on right when it comes to running the country !

No. At the first sign of trouble or stress he would go hysterical and hit someone with his handbag. After that he would have one of his well publicised depressions and cry for a week.
