Definitely not!
They brought us Blackadder for a start. They have all gone on to do really well without endless scandals and Tony Robinson and Stephen Fry both are involved in intelligent programming.
I can think of far more annoying things on tv, reality tv and chat shows for starters!

I've never heard of Tony Robinson, though, Tony Robbins is quite annoying. Tony Little is, too.

I can quite happily watch / listen to / be entertained by any of those you have mentioned - why? Quite simply because they are clever, witty, caring people who also do loads for charities behind the scenes without shouting from the rooftops about it - until red nose day - and then why shouldn't they?
Are you clever, witty and entertaining? Do you give up your spare time to help others?

he is certainly very smug,but 5 chins dawn fatbody french is so up her own backside shes revolting,& her husband lenny one catchphrase henry must be the most unfunniest man on tv.i agree with your cambridge statement ,but would also include ben elton in that mob too.good question mate.

No its Jamie Oliver and all the "foodie" brigade who tell you every thing you've ever eaten is c$*p and you should spend 5 hours in the kitchen making dinner when you've been at work for 12 hours and you've still got to find the time to eat, help the kids with their home work, read to them put them to bed and still find time for yourself as well as all the house work.

You obviously don't watch Eastenders, Phil Mitchel's son is the most annoying person on T.V. (Sorry I can't remember his name, it was to annoying!!)
