An A is worth 4 points B is 3, C is 2, etc

Added all your grades up-20 points divided by 3=3.333

So your GPA is 3.3. (Unless any of your classes are weighted, then add 1 point to whatever grade you got)

Generally, it depends on how many credits each course is worth. Assuming each of your classes is worth the same number of credits, then you just base it on "quality points"...in most cases, an A is 4, B is 3, C is 2. So you would have four A's (16 points) and two C's (4 points) which equals 20 points total. Then you would just divide 20 by the number of classes (in this case, 6) to get your GPA. So if all you need is a B average or better, you should be good.

Your school's process for calculation could be slightly different, but this is generally the way it's done.

Add the grades A=4 B=3 C=2 D=1 F=0. So in your case it's 4+4+2+4+4+2=20 then divide it by the number of classes, which in your case is 6. So 20/6=3.33. So your GPA is 3.33.

Well one of the ways is to add-up all of the grades and divide by how many there are.
Ex.
all equal 3.33 "this is in regular", but well since i see that you have honor classes, well remember that Honor is an extra 1 point, and AP are 2 extra points for what i know. An A would be instead of a 4 a 5 in Honor, but which classes do you have in which. So the weighted could end-up higher than the unweighted.

multiply the points of a A which is 4 X how many credits the class is worth
same with the c's then divide how many credits into the total

your GPA is 3.33 (rounded off). That's a B average.

A = 4
B = 3
C = 2
D = 1
F= 0

Add all your grades up then divide them by the number of classes for your average.
