Is true, it's illegal, but you should have a little bit of criteria. You deserve to go prison for killing...
smoke a joint doesn't harm anybody, maybe, if you do it a lot, it will just end up hurting youself...

Tech. I think it would just be having paraphernalia and you would get a small fine. Now if you had a large sum of cash along with large amounts of Mary Jane, then you would be looking at "attempt to distribute" that would lead to jail time.

NOPE!!!! Drug laws are a stupid waist of tax payer money. Let people drink draino for all i care. the stupid ones will be weeded out and thin out the gene pool. Nothing room with a smoke once and a while.

Smoking is not against the law per say...the law states that you can not sell or posses it or have paraphernalia on your person.

Well it doesn't bother me any, however it is against the law and it is not right to say that it is OK to break some laws and not others.
