stress, as much as possible be stress free, eating the wrong food's, no shellfish,no unpasteurized food's,there are quite a few tea's that can cause miscarriage to,stick with the basics no strange stuff.talk to your Doctor, and they'll give you a list of food's and teas you shouldn't have, or they'll tell you were to get one, and of course no drug's or alcohol, and very little or no caffeine, they say no more then 12oz of coffee if you must, but if your worried stay away from it,stress is so bad for the baby & you.so eat right get your exercise and relaxe. oh ya, if you have a catdon't change the litter box, you can get a parrasite that can cause complication's.

Well what are you scared about? Have you miscarried or are you just worried about the possibility?
It's important to not smoke or drink or take certain medications while you're pregnant and to eat healthfully and do some exercise but other than that there's not much you can do to prevent miscarriage. Miscarriages happen and the doctors don't always know why. Sex is not a problem when you're six months in unless you're into BDSM or something. Also, you can keep in mind that the fluid in there provides cushioning so you're not as delicate as you might think.
If you have miscarried, I recommend going to get some counsiling. If you can't afford it, there are places you can go to that will help at very little or no charge. It is okay and appropriate to mourn the loss of a pregnancy especially that far along. You developed a connection with that life and losing that is not something that is easy to get over.
It is unlikely that something you did caused it unless you engaged in the behaviors I mentioned at the begining (like drinking a lot of alcohol or smoking a lot). If you want to try again the experts say it's a good idea and is the single easiest way to feel better about a miscarriage.

Usually complications, such as an incompetent cervix, or my friend for example had a double uterus,( I dont know the exact details of it) but it actually caused her to have the baby when she was 6 months. I wouldnt worry about anything else causing a miscarriage at that point. I have an incompetent cervix , but my doctor caught it becuase I was having some symptoms. Try not too worry too much.
