they sleep all day.. i mean their puppies shouldnt they be hypper???

NO, they are still very young babies,

Puppies will not generally become hyper until 12-16 weeks of age. At the age of 8 weeks, generally new puppy owners think they have it made with a very calm puppy.

They should be eating, drinking, chewing on your fingers, following you around and leaving thier sleeping area to eliminate, if they are only sleeping then you should be concerned.but no, puppies are not hyper at this age.

I think your question needs routed to the pet section,
anyways~ yes they should show some signs of energy.....check their gums and if they are white they are probably wormy which can cause them to feel bad (if they are go to your local pet store and buy some wormer and give it to them as the instructions read)...and if that isn't it take them to the vet

If you get worried check with your vet, but they are probably busy when you're not around
