That's the crazy thing about science Nazmul.... You might not care about genetic but genetic don't care how you feel. Sorry, other than growth hormone injections and all their side effects I haven't heard of any why to grow taller. Damn genetics.

there is only one way I have ever heard of for someone to actually grow taller....its a surgery and some midgets get it....i believe it is actually a repetition of surgeries....a doctor will break your legs, insert a metal lengthener in the place of the break, let it heal, then break them again...it is a repeated process since each break only adds about an 1/8 of an inch...the whole thing probably takes over a year to gain 3 or 4 inches...you wont be able to walk during the year because of the repeatedly broken legs....if it seems like its worth it to you, i would seek out a bone doctor and see what they have to say....personally, having broken my leg, having it happen repeatedly, on purpose, seems ridiculous, no matter how short I am....although I am 6'0", so i guess I really never had to worry about it.......good luck....break a leg..;)

What are you expecting here? You know that your height is genetically determined and that there are no pills potions or exercises that will change that - but you want to be taller anyway.

Unless you are willing to indergo extremely painful and expensive surgery to insert additional bone in your legs, I can't see how anyone can help.
