My new neighbors are very rude and most of them are teens, so they put techno so loud at night time i can hear it from two blocks away! any help?

maybe instead of trying to scare them away you can talk to them about it. because trust me if you complain aobut it all the time they're going to do it on purpose just to get on your nerves. try making some kind of agreement with them. maybe they can only play it loud at certain times of day or something like that. if you just talk to them nicely they probably won't mind

You don't want to start fighting with them because you have to live with them, so to speak.
I had the same problem with some new neighbors a few months ago, playing music too loud. I became friends with them & then all I had to do was ask them to turn it down. Now they don't even turn it up anymore.
If that doesn't work call the police.

If they are your new neighbour you must do it diplomatically, start to mix with them and get them to listen to you, be nice to them and they will be nice to you. Don't rough things up by calling the police for it will end as bad neighbours which is going to make the situation worse.

play so really loud music that they would hate...
