Only you can decide what is best for you. I hate to break it to you, but most people are stuck in jobs they don't like just to put a roof over their heads. I don't know how long you've been at this job, but the first 3 months of any job is always the hardest. After 3 months, if you still don't like it, find something else. Think about what you like and don't like about this job, and use those ideas to make a good decision when you pick something else.
Good luck with that. PS. I'll take your job, give it here!

Interestingly enough, most people hate their jobs, but need the money to sustain their lifestyles. I always endorse finding a business that you can start on a part-time basis that, in time, will give you the freedom to do what you want to do when you want to do it. Until you reach that point, use your job to fuel your business financially, but use your desire to keep you going until you reach your destination. Unfortunately, most people live for instant gratification and are not willing to go after their dreams because of F.E.A.R. (False Evidence Appearing Real).
Find what it is you really enjoy, determine what your long-term goals are, then come up with a plan of action to achieve both.
Best wishes...

I had a job that paid awesome but I hated every single solitary minute of it. I was out after 4 months. At some point there will be a breaking point when the money doesn't mean anything anymore. Get out before you get to that point.
Also make use of the spell check Yahoo generously provides you. It'll make you sound smarter.

Get a notebook that will allow you to take notes throughout the day on how you'll reach the employment you really want. This book should keep you excited about the prospect of changing. Also add in the kind of clothes you'd like to be wearing, the number of employees you'd like to supervise, the salary you'd prefer, and, the biggee: what you plan to do day by day to reach that goal!
I'm rooting for you!

I agree with Sarah about working 3 months. If you give it long enough it will get better.Do look for other jobs though and consider what you like to do and what are you good at.There may be a job with those things for you.

Keep in mind that the grass is not always greener on the other side of the fence. Make sure that you are pursueing a career that you enjoy...not so much on how much you make.
