Too many to give you all here.

Best advice: Practice in front of a mirror to see what you are doing. It really helps. Also be sure to have a stopping point. If you have two hands on an object. Make sure you can see where the object it, don't have on hand way out there and the other to far in.

Pantomime (or as I prefer to call it, "space object work") is something that you can practice.

Really try to see the object. Keep a bit of tension in your hand to create the reality of the shape. Move slowly.

Practice at home--do some action, like pouring a glass of milk, then step to the side and repeat the exact actions you did in mime.

the key is to begin to pay atention to the things you do rutinarily. We are use to do stuff in "automatic mode" so, when you want to recreate the movement, your mind find nothing to hold on to. So, for instance, take a moment a day to see and feel the position of your hand when you open a door, i bet you´ll find out that the position of your finger is not exactly as u told. then try to repeat it gently.

Eventualy, you´ll have enough refernces, so you´ll know the movements of ur hand and you wont have to be paying attention to all that you do.
