I know there's 167 episodes...but are there going to be anymore? Is there another season coming out?
I have all four movies. If it's over I'm going to get sick of watching reruns!
And when/what channel is Inuyasha on, if it is still?

The show ended a few months ago. But they are continuing the series in the mangas. I've got all the movies too.. *does a little dance*

There was a total of 167 TV episodes and 4 movies and that was it for the anime.
The only thing continuing the story is the manga, which has yet to conclude. (So if you want to see how the story has progressed since the end of the anime try reading the manga)
Inuyasha still shows up on Adult Swim, although, as you mentioned, it's reruns.
Lastly, Inuyasha has been over for years in Japan and there has never been an official announcement made to create more episodes, movies or seasons. Unfortunatly the longer a series is over in Japan, the less likely it is to get more episodes unless the fandom is really strong. So no, there isn't going to be any more.
I'd say the slightest chance of more happening if it did, would be once the manga concludes and there still was a strong fanbase at t hat time, as sometimes they will make a few OVA episodes or so for series like this, but untill then, no more anime. v_v

Yeah there are no more inuyasha episodes trust me i am obsessed with inuyasha i loved it since i was little anyways there aren't anymore... but i think inuyasha is great the show has been goin on for 4 years!

Yep. The anime is over. Sucks, right? I'm pretty sure they still play the dub on Adult Swim and other anime networks. Sorry to bring such terrible news. ):
