If you masturbate and go to sleep and have a really good sex dream. yes you will shoot a load again. Anytime you have a really good sex dream you will. If you have a really good sex dream and you wake up, you will probably masturbate.

it still is likely but in most cases no usually wet dreams occur when you have not released in a while like a month or so......
