i go to school for massage therapy and finish in may. getting massage can definitely ease the pain. if that is too expensive you might want to try a combonation of heat and ice to the area. 15 min heat, then ice, then heat........and so on....if there is swelling in the area..just use ice

REST!!! Elevate area if possible. Take an over-
- the -counter anti-inflammatory (with food!), like Alleve or ibuprofen. Ice helps the pain. Heat brings more fluid & inflammation to the area. Good luck!

alternate heat and cold, and take tylenol or aleve for pain. also rest and try not to use what hurts. good luck
