Just about every thing really. Ancient Rome influenced our Government, calendar, language, laws, even the things we use. Ancient Romans made the use of water lines more wide spread. They had healthy bathing habits that are popular in spas today. High fashion is even influenced by Roman clothing and accessories. We learned great battle tactics from ancient Rome as well.
Most commonly used would be pipe lines, language, the calendar, medical instruments are largely duplicated after ancient ones, and of course our government. The Romans even had little tags to put on their pets collars like we do. There's more than this though. The "eyewitness" book on Ancient Rome, by DK publishing may be for children, but sites great examples to refer to.

Where do I start?
The arch. Interior gardens. Vestibules. Aqueducts. Public highways. Monogomy. The idea that one's respect (dignitas) should be coupled both to his power/success (autocratas) AND faithful performance of his duty (devotio). The concept that a son should honor his father by his lifestyle (fidelity). Term limits for politicians. Pontifex Maximus (now the Pope). Graffiti. Crop rotation. The Senate. The Veto. Hatred of kings. Bottled wine. Glass tableware. The written form of our alphabet. Roman numerals. The Eagle as a standard. Christianity. Public sewers. Baths. Hypocausts (floor heating). The man is the head of the household (pater familias). Junior (the son with the same name as his father).

Sheez... this only scratches the surface.
