For tween girls, the most popular stores are specialty chain clothing shops like Limited Too, Old Navy, Gap, etc. But when I was tween Limited Too was basically out of fashion by the end of fifth grade because it was considered a ripoff that copied other clothing lines. After Limited Too, a lot of my friends turned to Abercrombie or Abercrombie & Fitch, as well as Forever 21, American Eagle, Hollister, Aeropostale (spelling?), Wet Seal, etc. They are all moderately priced, although American Eagle, Abercrombie/Abercrombie & Fitch, and Hollister may be expensive.
Hope I helped!

if you want moderatly priced places..try Target or JC Penney.
To get some expensive stuff, try Limited Too (i personally dont like it..but thats cause i could never fit into it and girls try to be too old in it)
Abercrombie is WAY too young for tweens.its too thin and small for a respectable girl, umless its just the label Tshirts/sweatshirts
American Eagle has some cute sweatshirts, but for older tweens
hope it helped :)

Limited Too and Abercrombie are good. You can also go to department stores like Macys.
