Should I stay studiying Biomedical engineering or medicine?

I'm on the 1st year of Biomedical engineering, but i'm not so sure is the career for me... I'm still able to change to medicine...
I like them both, but the medicine, and the engineering... please tell me what you'd choose?... yet I still follow my thoughts, but it'll give me an idea...

I'm a be also and I'm going to change to software engineering. So i know sort of what you're going through, I would ask yourself if you'd rather build products to help people and be behind the scenes stay in be. If you'd rather be one the front lines go into medicine.
