I use Ad-Aware SE Plus from Lavasoft. It's scanning tool scans your entire system, every drive, for spyware, adware, malware, registry changes/attempts, tracking cookies, etc. The live monitoring tool works in the background to keep your computer safe all the time at minimal RAM and CPU usage. I highly recommend this product.

I use McAfee but I also recommended Kaspersky because they detected all virus, spywares. Kaspersky provides hourly updates.
