Yes the match is for the womens title. And if ashley wins she WILL move over to raw because the womens title can NOT go to smackdown because each brand has titles that are equal to each other: World Heavyweight = WWE Championship, US Title = Intercontinental Title, World Tag Team = WWE Tag Team, and Cruiserweight = Womens.
